PEAT
From Protein Analysis and Design Group
Protein Engineering Analysis Tool (PEAT) is a collection of software that aids researchers in the field of protein analysis, engineering and design.
PEAT is distributed under a GNU General Public License v3 at GoogleCode: http://code.google.com/p/peat/.
PEAT aims to provide seamless integration of experimental and theoretical data, and currently consists of two main packages:
PEATDB (DataBase)
- Analysis of experimental data
- Fitting Enzyme Kinetics Data
- Fitting NMR titration curves
- Storing DNA sequences
- Restriction site analysis, Primer design
- Sharing experimental data
PEATSA (Structure Analysis)
- Predicting mutant-induced changes in
- pKa values and pH-activity profiles
- Protein stability
- Protein-ligand binding affinities
- Enzyme-substrate binding affinities
