pKa Cooperative

We play a large role in organizing the pKa cooperative, which aims to provide a forum for experimental and theoretical researchers interested in protein pKa values and protein electrostatics in general. The cooperative has its own wiki pages that holds information on what the cooperative does and how to become a member.
The Nielsen group participate in the cooperative by
- Organizing blind predictions and meetings
- Submitting theoretical predictions
- Producing experimental data
If you are interested in contributing or becoming a member of the cooperative then please send me an email. The more experimental data and the more theoreticians to analyze them, the better.
